Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, and peak shopping periods.

Shipping Rates

• FREE Nationwide Delivery on orders of R600 or more.
• Orders below R600 are charged a flat shipping fee of R90.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
